That color does not ask for your attention. It takes it.

The Fuego Bracelet is built from natural fire opal, faceted into 3mm rondelles that shift from deep red-orange to warm amber to pale champagne across the strand. No two stones read the same. The single solid 14k gold rondelle spacer sits at center like a period at the end of a sentence. Deliberate. Final. Exactly right.

This is a natural fire opal stacking bracelet with 14k gold-filled findings, designed for the woman who does not need to announce herself. The Fuego does it for her.

Why She Will Wear It Every Day

The Fuego is the bracelet she reaches for when she wants color without effort.

The 3mm faceted rondelle profile keeps the piece refined and close to the wrist. The natural ombre range of the fire opal, from deep saturated red-orange to warm amber to pale champagne, means it reads differently in every light. Morning sun. Office fluorescent. Candlelight. It shifts. It holds. It never looks the same twice.

It layers beside a watch without competing. It anchors a stack of neutral stones without disappearing. It stands completely alone and still commands the room. The 6.5 to 7 inch sizing fits a wide range of wrists with a close, intentional fit.

Why Fire Opal

Fire opal is a variety of common opal distinguished by its vivid body color: orange, red, and yellow tones produced by trace amounts of iron oxide within the silica structure. Unlike precious opal, fire opal is valued for the intensity and saturation of its body color, not play-of-color.

The finest fire opal in the world comes from the Mexican states of Querétaro, Hidalgo, and Jalisco. Mexican fire opal has been prized since the time of the Aztecs, who called it quetzalitzlipyollitli, the stone of the bird of paradise. It was considered among the most precious of all stones in pre-Columbian Mesoamerica.

The faceted rondelle cut used in the Fuego is the correct choice for this material. Faceting maximizes the transparency and internal refraction of the stone, allowing the color to glow from within rather than sit on the surface. The result is a strand that appears lit. The ombre effect visible in this piece is a natural characteristic of the material, not a treatment. Each stone was selected and sequenced by hand.

That is the difference between a designer's eye and a production line.

Why Gold-Filled, Not Plated

Gold-filled contains 100 times more gold than standard gold plating. The gold layer is mechanically bonded to the base metal under heat and pressure, not electroplated. It will not flake, fade, or turn.

The warm yellow gold of the 14k gold-filled findings is not a coincidence against fire opal. The orange-red tones of the stone and the warm gold of the metal occupy the same side of the color spectrum. They do not contrast. They amplify. The result is a bracelet that reads as richer, warmer, and more saturated than the sum of its parts.

This bracelet is built to last years, not seasons.
