Tiger Eye has been used as a protective talisman by warriors and leaders across ancient Egypt, Rome, and China. The chatoyant shimmer that moves across the surface is caused by light reflecting off parallel fibrous structures within the stone. No two beads are identical. No two pieces are exactly alike.
